As all orders are handmade, and made to order, all items are aimed to be posted within a week of ordering. However, some bigger orders may take a little longer as I am managing everything myself.

All UK deliveries are tracked, and shipped with either Evri or Yodel. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, where you can track the delivery. Please note that these emails sometimes may go into spam or junk folders. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days.

There are two shipping options at checkout:
International standard - 12-15 business days.
International tracked - 12-15 business days with full tracking.

Customers may be subject to import duties/custom charges upon receiving their order. Unfortunately I am unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as they vary upon destination.
Please Note - it is the responsibility of the customer to cover any additional fees that may occur.

Royal mail will not class an international standard order as lost until 6 weeks after the dispatch date, its very unlikely that this will happen, but in the event that it does, please be patient and I will try to look into it for you.
